brocoli gratinado en salsa bechamel

Ingredientes:

1 Brócoli grande
1/2 cebolla mediana picada fino al gusto
Queso parmesano o pecorino rallado
1 cda margarina
1/2 litro leche
1 cda harina
sal

Pasos:

Ponemos a cocinar la brócoli en agua con sal previamente lavado el brocoli y separado en ramitos hasta que este suave, escurrir y colocar en un bandeja mediana.

aparte preparar la salsa bechamel Derretir la mantequilla, agregar la cebolla y cristalizar, luego la harina y mover con bien con un batidor, agregar la leche moviendo continuamente, añadir sal, seguir moviendo mientras se espesa, aproximadamente 10 minutos a fuego lento.

Cubrir el brocoli con esta salsa y suficiente queso rallado. Llevar al horno a gratinar. Listo!!!!!!
