My senior year of high school I had a friend that was horribly addicted to the Beavis and Butthead television show. He had the trading cards, the comics, licensed clothing, the whole shebang.

Sadly, he paid for his interest in the show as other students, and even teachers, were not kind to him during free time or between classes. This was mainly because of his interest in this show and the related licensed products.

I didn't have cable television at the time so I was at a loss as to what the show was about other than what my friend would spend every opportunity hurriedly trying to explain.
