He, yes, I worked through some different more realistic eyes, but then I made these two strange fish, and decided to go for it. More kind of surrealistic in the decorative way of the seventies psychedelic style. Theres a bit of the same in the second strip of this page.
I have made the few killers in the series have white eyes without pupils. Drake Nudd (the CIA man) is losing his now in the face of the overwhelming opposition.
that's a nice effect with the pupils, worked out great here. Might be going little bit that way in a different kind of fish coming soon :)

Either way, I feel the Peter Gunn Theme would fit with the cartoon.
Hadn't thought of that actually, but you are right, the story does strangely intermix with the classics of the genre from the late fifties and sixties. And what terribly good music they made for both film and TV-shows back then!
Great musical 50s & 60s classics for film and TV indeed! To tell the truth, I've learned of the Peter Gunn Theme through ELP's 1977 remake.
Just shows how good the riff is.
