Possibly. :P Nah, click on your post and go to the bottom, ya know, the little bar where you can upvote, and it shows the number of views and comments you have. Well, beside "reply" there's one that says "Edit." I tried it on my recent post and, yeah, you can edit the title up to seven days after you post something, along with the body content. :P
