My, how this team has changed since I first started reading it ages ago.
This is already 15 years old and was kind of it's own side-thing Marvel had with manga. A newer X-Men currently going on is X-Men Blue. Until making this reply right now, I had only known Jean Grey was the lead and hadn't looked further yet, I might want to pick this up. Wiki says it has "Angel; Beast; Cyclops; Iceman; Jimmy Hudson; Marvel Girl; Magneto"
and J Scott Campbell did some cool variants
X-Men Gold is a thing too with Colossus, Kitty Pryde, Nightcrawler, Logan, Prestige, Storm
