New COMICS & TOYS this week at Comic Shops!!! 10/9/19

Welcome to New Book Wednesday!!! Ready to take a gander at all of the exciting nerdy nonsense making its way to comic shop racks this week??? I’m talking about kick ass Comics and Toys!!! I’m your host @blewitt, and I thank you for joining me on this virtual window shopping experience!!!

Ok let’s do this. DC has a larger week than Marvel which pretty much never happens anymore. This is mostly due to the fact that they released several of those Giant Sized books all at once. Way to properly plan guys! On top of that you have several Batman related minis hitting as well. Smart move once again fellas. Then there are your usual barrage of regular releases such as Detective Comics, Flash, Supergirl, Superman, and Wonder Woman. Batman fans will 100% be hurting this week. Sorry...no way around it. Oh, and Warren Louw has 2 purdy covers for that Harley & Ivy #2.

Marvel has 2 parts of Absolute Carnage hitting with one of em being Amazing Spider-Man. Not a ton of normal releases here this week. Lots of random titles as you’ll see in the IG slideshow below.

Indy books see Go Go Power Rangers, Oblivion Song, Battlepug, Red Sonja/Vampirella, East of West, Ice Cream Man, and Outer Darkness hit. Image wins this week.

Sorry for my lack of in depth reporting this week. Still a zombie. Next week will be better...promise.

Man, I sure could have used some of these Pops this past weekend while setup at NY Comic Con. Oh well...

In the world of random shit to waste your money on that is NOT Comics, there are a few cool items this week. As I just mentioned...a hefty chunk of Funko Pops hit. A Marvel Legends 2pk featuring Ghost & Luis. He should be narrating this...it would be much more interesting I can promise you that.

A sweet Mega Man figure, some Dragonball Z crap, and that weird Japanese egg dude Gudetama (99% sure that is spelled incorrectly). See all the wonders below...
