This site only shows active votes, so those that are currently pending. That means, it shows only the MOST RECENT state. If you order by 'time', then your 0% vote is at the top, as it is the most recent. It shows absolutely nothing about "before my summons" thing. Your original downote was much earlier, and on that page we can't see which downvotes followed you.
also, by the way, flagged for collusive voting with 30+ zombie accounts on your own comments
