Complexity Reduction
The world is infinitive complex. Humans are experts to reduce all the existing facts and interacting systems into a black/white scenario (that has nothing to do with the reality)

There are four common methods of reducing complexity

Reduce into one dimension (This guy is good, the other is bad (black/white view))
Personize or show examples (Look at this poor kid)
Conspirance theories (The xxx are responsible for my misery)
Follow a religion or ideology that explains everything and find a figurehead
This is what the most people do. But of course it does not help and it creates fake news.
If you suffer from a complex topic (and of course you do, or at least others do by your behavior), then there is no alternative to learn about the relationships of the involved systems.
Learn to trust the right people. You can recognize them: They are questionable and admitting mistakes.
Stay close to science, they are nearest to the trouth.
