So the only rule for the transgender is to have boobs and look very similar to a real woman, It doesn't matter if they have a dick or not they know how to hide it :P. So the show as i said will be similar to the actual one so it's not allowed to have sex or anything else because their in-between relationships is strictly evolved around that house which is full of cameras and people see their every move. Using their social media accounts is banned and generally access to internet. Only kisses allowed
So it would be extremely funny when they gonna say "it's my other half" "i love her" and the actual social experiment will be if love can be achieved that way. The hidden experiment though is their reaction when they find out the truth :P will they kill themselves? kill everyone else? beat the production behind it? become school shooters? will they join ISIS?
