yes cheating by hypnosis is allowed, might affect your upvote and prizes if you get caught, but like i always say, much easier to just bribe the judges....who knows some may even give you a bonus upvote and re-steem....but don't count on their shitty comments especially from the likes of - gonna stick the names of judges here like @diebitch @holybranches
