We all live in this modern world. We want a real life. So easy to see another's life and judge. Vacation is a luxury. One person's paradise is anthers distraction. But when we are there in that break vacation, how much of the modern world do we drag in?

I live in the tropics... and my cell phone lives at home! I rarely take it with me when I head out somewhere, and if I do, it stays in the car. I've taken my stand!

People just can't seem to put the electric devices down, I've heard some people are even so attached to them now that they are even taking them into the bedroom and filming when they have sex and posting it on DPORN.
It's like they have some kind of an addiction to these little electric rectangles that they can't break away from. Sad what this modern world has become.
Well I'd like to visit more but I've got a internet poker game starting in a couple minutes, keep up the good work.

@buttcoins keeps telling me the same thing, but I just don't know how a guy who only speaks through the written word would fit in over @comedyopenmic ? Mr. Butt keeps saying that people do written stuff but I just don't see when I look, besides I'm only humorous two days a week on Mondays and Thursday, and I'm not sure why that is.
It might have something to do with the delivery schedule the milkman had when I was kid or it could be church is on Sunday and Wednesday. After I figure that out I promise I will drop the mic a time or two with ya'll. Thanks for the invitation.

My only exposure to your community has been through the Butt, and it has been painful at times, but as he has begun to master his video skills it has become easier to take it so I do vote up the Butt as he says on his videos. I guess the "openmic" and his vids had me thinking it was mainly for vids as the few others I had looked at were also vids. How wrong I was, and he even told me, but he has a way of stretching the truth sometimes. I will surely consider throwing up over in your platform. Keep the mop buckets handy.
lol totally understandable, we were kinda rushing when we launched it and then the name just stucked COM (actually we could have called it anything bucket&mop sounds good too...and just build a strong community and brand around it), it clearly does say all forms and format (long blog, short, video, vblog, poetry, meme, art, etc, etc..), basically anything that can make anyone smile or laugh.
If we're going to need a bucket & mop, I can tell you'll fit right in ;)
This is one of those occasions when you sit and say, "It's so funny because its true!" One thing that really made it was the look on Tom and his daughter's face in the photo, and that voice. Great idea, well put together video, and so funny.

It's kind of a funny thing that feeling of being beached out. I got that in Thailand after a few weeks in the same place... but then I just used to go scuba diving and after coming back from the ocean I'd be refreshed for more of the lovely lazy beach life. I saw you were on the almighty evil that is Fbook!!! What r u doing brother? Zuckerberg be reading your mind with his almighty non-privacy algorithms
