Comedian: (With a wide grin) Hey, everyone! How's everyone doing today?
(Audience claps and laughs)
Comedian: So, I just renovated my house, and I want to talk about that experience. Who here has ever renovated a house?
(Audience raises hands)
Comedian: Well, you know how it feels when your house is under construction? You feel like Sherlock Holmes trying to figure out what's really going on.
(Audience laughs)
Comedian: I know what you're thinking. I approached my renovation workers and asked, "Hey, what's up? What's happening today?"

Comedian: And they always gave me the same answer, "We're working on a 'mysterious project' here."

Comedian: Then they'd leave me with a house that looked like a crime scene! Exposed wires, open pipes, and what's that? Isn't that a blackboard with evil plans written on it?

Comedian: Then there's the neighbor issue. Do you guys have neighbors who always want to know everything?
(Audience nods)
Comedian: I've got one! She's always standing by the window, watching my every move.
(Audience laughs)
Comedian: So, one day, I decided to prank her. I walked out with a big suitcase and carried it outside.
(Audience laughs)
Comedian: My neighbor came out of her house and asked, "Where are you going with that big suitcase?"
I said, "Oh, I'm going on vacation for a year!"
(Audience laughs heartily)
Comedian: She looked puzzled, "How can you fit a year's worth of clothes in that suitcase?"
I replied, "Oh, I'm not bringing clothes, just a year's worth of snacks!"
(Audience bursts into laughter)
Comedian: But honestly, I love my neighbor. She makes my life way more absurd and funny!
(Audience gives a round of applause)
