Grizzly bear wins easily. The cheetah's advantage is in running. If they are fighting then they are in close contact and then it is no contest. The grizzly will destroy the cheetah.

The real real point is that the Cheetah would never fight a grizzly. It would just run away and go after smaller game. The cheetah isn't stupid.
