SOMETIMES WE JUST NEED TO LAUGH.

When I was a kid occasional trips to the circus was something of a standard.
It was like a Vegas show for children.
All the bright lights, shiny costumes, people doing amazing things on wires and ropes all making some of us think what it would be like to be part of it.
Then there was the darker side.
The lives of people, endlessly on the road.
The animal acts that we found out later could be cruel.
Shoveling mountains of elephant crap for a living.
Then there are the clowns.
There is something about the creep factor of the clown.
The fear they inspire makes some disturbed and aggressive.
Something i get a kick out of like no other.
Nothing like seeing average people who seem normal in every other way, nearly crap themselves over some guy with face paint and a funny nose.
It could be those big shoes.
I couldn't tell you but, coulrophobia is a very real thing to many people.
I am very sorry, lets face it i'm not that sorry, when i see you terrified of a clown, it just makes me giddy, i can't help it. so, when i see a news report about a whole city being terrorized by a super creepy clown in ragged, soiled clown garb with black balloons, who has taken to wandering the streets at night, you know i'm getting ready for the laughpocalypse.
