Yeah, sadly I'm gonna have a surgery on the next few days and the doctors recommended me not make any exercise to not complicate the surgery, so yeah....
Nothing to serius but I had to be with relative rest.
Hopefully in a few weeks I'll be able to start running again without any problem.
Good luck with your surgery! I look forward to reading your future running posts again and hearing that everything goes well again.
