Si, siempre y cuando altere la fachada de algun establecimiento privado o publico pero eso es solo un muro de hecho esta al frente de la academia de Operaciones Especiales de Chile, es algo normal ver lo ilegal cerca de las autoridades en este pais asi como las drogas al lado de la policia y ni pendiente
