Ndy's birthday cake

#delicious red fondant coated cake (Made it myself) 😘😉
Its Ndy's birthday tommorow and I've got to go drop her my surprise birthday cake: one which i made myself. It turns out she already purchased a red dress for the big day so i thought i should make a wonderful red cake too.
I baked the cake into 2layers thats per 250g (you may understand better if you bake cakes) the first layer is a vanilla and butter-scotch flavored sponge cake. The 2nd layer is a strawberry and condensed milk flavored chiffon cake which had a slight pink coloring all thanks to food colour #pink. Coating the cake was another big task but i pulled through in no time... The inner coating is made up of butter, icing sugar and flavor. I used fondant Icing to coat the outer layer. The design on the top of d cake was done using butter cream, piping sack and nozzle(s) of my choice. Once again it wasn't an easy task but it came out well in the end... Packed in a white cake box and off i go to surprise Ndy!
