ColorChallenge MondayRed -- Ret hot Thai chilies --
G'day and hello to everybody.New week and only two days left in October.
I wish you all a very good start into the new week.Hope you all had a great and relaxing weekend.
I found those chilies on the way to my parents in law house.Drying in the sun for later consumption.
As you may all know,Thai food can be very spicy to very hot,thanks to those chilies.
They may crush some of them later,keeping it in a jar and using it as chili powder for adding some spice to a noodle soup,which is probably most common used,or crushing it when it's used for cooking.
Be careful,it doesn't need much to give you a bit of a kick in the soup.
