You would be out of a job in Cape Town at this time..irrigation cant move sand and dust around.... drought worst in over 100 years ... and the people just keep relocating to Cape Town from other parts of the country putting more and more strain on the system.
Last year we went into summer with our dams at 45% capacity ... now they are only 28%.
The water tanks help us with a sense of 'security' feeling. Rationing has started whereby they actually switch water off at certain times ... is going to be a tough summer. And at the gym you still get complete arseholes standing around talking with the taps running full tilt...completely oblivious. I don't want to even go to the gym as it gives me complete high blood pressure.

Maybe you could talk to the gym management about fitting timers. At our local swimming pool, the showers have a button you push to get about two mins water. Then it stops and you have to push the button again. You guys are in a serious situation and these clowns need a wakeup call!
