This is a shot of One World Trade Center also known as Freedom tower, with the wing of the Oculus.
One World Trade Center is the main building and the first erected of the rebuilt World Trade Center, it is the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere and 6th tallest in the world
It was designed by the same architect that designed the Burj Khalifa tower in Dubai and the Willis Tower ( also known as the Sears tower) in Chicago.
One of the things I really like in this shot is the clouds reflected on the tower
