Colourchallenge Monday Red Trdelník Market Stall
I’d never heard of a Trdelník Funnel Cake before I came across this market stall at the Eumundi Markets. Trdelník is a kind of pastry. It is made from rolled lavender infused dough that is wrapped around a wooden roller, then grilled over hot coals and topped with vanilla sugar and cinnamon mix. So yummy I didn’t get around to taking a photo of the finished product as it was greedily devoured by my boys and I.
