My thursday Breakfast -- Sandwich and Soya

Breakfast is ready !! Since I'm from the graveyard shift and I just ended my shify earlier around 6:30am. What I have for breakfast is just Tuna Egg Sandwich.

Filipinos are known for rice eaters especially for breakfast. Since I'm about to sleep I don't want to feel heavily full and bloated before sleeping so bread meal is perfect for me.

Some wheat bread, Hard Boiled Eggs, Canned Tuna and Light Mayo.

So just drain your Canned Tuna and add your light mayo on it.

Just spread it to yout wheat bread and top it with your boiled egg or cheese but optional for me.

I only ate half of the sandwich but I made about two buns then slice it into four pieces to share with my mom and sister for their grab to go breakfast

And a cup of Soya Milk in Chocolate Flavor with Ice.
