This is Sedum rubrotinctum or more commonly known as Jelly Beans as it resembles jellybeans obviously :)

This is a Moon cactus. It is a result of grafting together Gymnocalycium mihanovichii to a base of Hylocereus.

Echeveria is a genus of succulents in the Crassulaceae family containing over 150 species and all of them are absolutely stunning! If you wan to see more I suggest you check this out.
