Latin Asian Cuisine Fusion
One of my favorite fusion foods are Latin and Asian! There are so many amazing food combinations that can be made with these two cultures. The flavors are bold and unforgettable when done right. Below is a Mango ceviche with banana chips! Topped with fish eggs usually found on popular sushi rolls!
You get a sour taste combined with a sweetness from the mangos that's a nice flavor profile on your taste buds!
