๐น Colour Challenge - ๐ Monday Red ๐ - Moroccan Lanterns ๐น
This is my entry for #ColorChallenge: Monday Red initiated by @kalemandra, and inspired by @dswigle as always!
For my #colorchallenge entry today, I took a few shots of this stunning red Moroccan lantern I have here in my shop. The brass is hand braised around each piece of glass, and then joined on the edges and sealed with the round brass piece you see.

You can see in this close up the stunning pressed glass, and when it is illuminated, it is sublime!
I also have a blue one, but I just sold it on the weekend. These Moroccan lanterns are so cool for quirky spaces. I picture a whole cluster hanging at different levels over a casual chill area, like in my pic below!

Those are all quite beautifully made. I like the lanterns that incorporate single-color glass, but the multicolored ones become a tiny bit too colorful for my taste.
Agreed! I also have some that are many different colors, and it is quite a thing!
