Most likely a Samsung S7 (at least for the bottom picture). Though I often use my previous, older pocket computers to take pictures also (e.g., Samsung Galaxy S4, Motorola Droid Bionic). The Motorola device does particularly well with macro close-ups (probably the camera I used for the top picture).
