Do You Really Know Love? - ColorChallenge Green Thursday by @palmimusic

Today is a great day, maybe the day of love and friendship has passed, it was yesterday but anyway I want to take this post to talk a little about love.
Many times I have believed to find love in someone, I felt good and everything is the color of roses until one day everything changes and it seems that the love you had found disappears. But the question is, have you really found love?

I think that many times we deceive ourselves, the heart is deceitful, and we get carried away by our feelings making us believe that we had everything in a person or loved one ...

the problem of putting all our effort into that person is that if someday he leaves, for whatever reason, we will be destroyed and thinking that we lost "everything".

It is for this reason that our hope can not be in a person, we must remember that we all make mistakes, we are human and we will probably fail at some point. By putting our hope in someone who has mistakes is very delicate, at any moment you can fall from the top that you thought you had reached.

Years ago, even recently I thought I had known true love in a man, maybe I put all my hope in him, and that was my mistake. Love is Perfect, so how can we find something Perfect in someone imperfect?
There is the answer, that is why we often fall from the top, because we are waiting for that person to be perfect, but it simply is not.

The only Perfect is God ...
and the truth is this:
"He who knows God knows love."

I have learned that this hope that we put in the man we should put rather in God, he will take care of everything. We should only look at that ideal person knowing about God, because if he does not know God then he can never show you true love, because he simply does not know love, and can not give you something he does not have.

Likewise, you must worry about being that person that reflects True Love, that you can reflect a little of God's love so that through you others may see Him.

Remember that: we could have all things, but without love, we are nothing.
