Colour Challenge: Climbing Hook
A rather big, but nicely-shaped tendril I saw the other day, helping a vine climb a hedge:
Olympus Stylus 1s, 42mm, ISO200, f8, 1/160s
Beautiful, isn't it?
Very strong it was too; it was holding up a vine with this hanging off it, and these things usually sit on the ground when cultivated:
Olympus Stylus 1s, 200mm, ISO100, f5.6, 1/640s
Thanks for watching!
That's a Triffid and I've seen it hold sheep in the air.
You really should move to a different region.
It's OK, as long as sheep only eat the fat and slow children.
So spirally so awesome, love it @ocrdu one of my favourite steemians
its really beautiful mate

Those curly tendrils are amazing, and that is a particularly good one! Great find!
