Almost each kind of flower has its own flower language derived from the characteristics. Today, I’d like to share some photos of Brunfelsia latifolia, from which you may notice its color. In fact, its three types of colors stand for “ yesterday, today and tomorrow”. Some people think it also stand for an inconstant person.

Brunfelsia latifolia 鸳鸯茉莉

Brunfelsia latifolia, also known as two-colored jasmine, is native to Central and South America. It grows in a warm, humid and sunny climate. The weather in Sichuan is exactly suitable for the growth of this plant.

鸳鸯茉莉，又称二色茉莉，原产于中美洲及南美洲热带，性喜温暖、湿润、光照充足的气候条件。刚好四川的气候很适合这种植物的生长。

Due to its different flowering seasons, it always presents a tree with two kinds of colors. If you walk past it, you are likely to smell the scent at a distance. Its color and scent makes it an important potted plant.

由于它不同的开花期，呈现出一树两色花。从旁边经过远远就能闻到茉莉香，这使得它成为了重要的盆栽观赏花卉。
