There’s lots of construction going on around my office. The signs and cones were an easy target for Tuesday orange, but also a reminder of the work that lies ahead.

As we reflect on our year and plan for the future, don’t be too hard on yourself for your shortcomings. But make sure you challenge yourself for the future.

I want to find a new job, new love, new challenges in the coming year. One of those challenges is going to be my fitness. I have a teenage daughter and lots of boys to intimidate. 😡
