Colorchallenge: Blue Friday
This is a blue moon it is a full moon that occurs in a subdivision of the year which either occurs in a second full moon in a month of the common calendar , or the third of four full moons in a season . This blue moon occurs every 2-3 years. Scientist or meteorologist believe that the next blue moon should occur next on January 31, 2018.
