Sunflowers

Today, for the color challenge by the beautiful @kalemandra, I want to join the many steemians who are in love with sunflowers and post about them often.

They can be huge or they can come in clusters of many little ones on one stalk. All of them are making sunflower seeds which are yummy to eat.

For us, but only if we can get them before the birds do!! Here you see some seeds getting ready to form - and ants!!!

Sunflowers are so yellow, right?

What if I told you that they are not always all yellow.

And why not go crazy and grow some red sunflowers as well. Or do I need to post that one on Monday? LOL.

I invite you all to this permanent challenge! Color your day with your own photo or artwork, relating the color of the current day. We have 7 chakras with the colors of the rainbow. The rainbow has 7 colors. A week is equal to 7 days. Days are colors.
