Color Challenge Sunday Violet - Monkshood 💀?

Ahhh, violet or purple ... we're at the end of this week's rainbow.

I'm not a botanist but I'm pretty sure this is Aconite (Aconitum napellus) aka Monkshood. According to Planet Deadly it is poisonous? I did some more research and found that it is also a useful herb but that the root is extremely toxic. For more info take a look at this herbal remedies site.

If anyone can validate my assumption, please do!

The fine spider webs caught my eye when I was snapping this one.

An extra picture for good measure. This one is a bit more on the pink side but I like it just the same.

Such a gorgeous flower. Hopefully, it is not toxic. But you never know. Usually, the most beautiful mushrooms are toxic. It could be the same case with this flower. lol
