BOOKS, SCIENTIFIC WINDOWS ARE LIMITS

The book is a storehouse of knowledge, reading is the key. Book is a window to the world.

The sayings are certainly familiar in our ears. The saying that I think is never outdated by time. And this I believe with all my heart. Of course, because books must be friends in our lives. Books must also be an integral part of our lives. With the book we can see the other side of our world that turned out to be very diverse forms. Makes us know what we did not know before.

Some properties of the book that I think should be the reason for us love it first, because the book is always up to date. Although the book has been tens or even hundreds of years, but the book always keep accurate information as a medium to know the data of existing civilization at that time. Secondly, because the book is always rich with imagination. Imagining what is written in the book makes us like building a version of our own imagination. Invite ourselves to be creative by drowning ourselves in the flow or setting contained in the book. It makes us learn to understand other worlds that previously never occurred to us. And third, by reading a book can make us moved to write. Describe something according to our own eyes. Writing makes us free to create the world we want to build. We can express what we feel. And writing is the most effective means of expressing feelings. It can also offer new thinking to others.

Buya Hamka, a great Indonesian writer and scholar once said to his students:

"Try to write from your heart first. Capture a flashing idea that will not disappear soon. Circulate whatever emotions and thoughts are in your mind and heart. Let it flow freely until it reaches the wholeness and outline of the writing. After that just collect and prepare the supporting data in your writing so that he is more weighty and argumentative. "
