It has been a strange year weather-wise. Nature seems to be quite confused as to when plants are supposed to grow new shoots, or flower.

My daffodils and Narcissus have started to flower since the end of November. Usually it is February /March when they appear.

Global warming is affecting the daffodil growing business too. Apparently one of the main growers here who sells daffodils around Mothers Day in March is not going to have any blooms for the shops. They too are all in flower now, and nobody much wants daffodils at this time of year.
