The never ending war on drugs , in many different ways , is a constant battle , as illustrated in this back alley street art photo I took here in Kelowna British Columbia Canada ! This is one of many such Art pieces we have here , to cut down on the graffiti and tagging which were plaguing our city ! I think the art looks much better ! I agree art > badly done graffiti, But some graffiti in its own is art :] Awesome picture thou.
there's some special "Graffiti artists "that are very good and actual artists , that are hired and paid to paint these murals on walls that are frequently tagged , in order to cut down on tagging ! And it works very well , taggers will not spray paint over someone elses work , so its been very effective ! 👍👍👍
