ColorChallenge MondayRed - RedJacket

Dear Steemies! Today is red, MondayRed! This is my first time joining #ColorChallenge.
I would like to dedicate my first ColorChallenge post to my red jacket convocation.

亲爱的 这是我第一次参加颜色游戏
我把我的第一次献给我的红外套

Red Jacket represent a status in my Mary Kay Career.
红外套代表着我在梅林凯的一个身份地位

When we join Mary Kay as an independent beauty consultant we wear black jacket. (independent means we are not employed by Mary Kay, we are small business owner)
When we move up career path (mean have friends joining us as beauty consultant) we are promoted!
When one beauty consultant join me - i become a senior beauty consultant
When three beauty consultants join me - i become a team builder. This is when i am eligible to wear a red jacket and enter red jacket university education (1 day course).
Every pin has its own story 👣Not only recognition 💍👑🐝👛
It shows how far we have go and how many lives we have enriched.
当我加入枚林凯时 我是独立美容顾问 制服是黑色的
（独立的意思就是我不是跟枚林凯打工，我是自己的老板）
当有亲戚朋友加入我也当美容顾问 我就升职了 我变资深美容顾问
当有三个亲戚朋友加入我也当美容顾问 我变成了小组筹建
开始可以穿上红外套还有上红外套大学（一天课程）
红外套上的每个别针都有个小故事 每个都意义非凡
每个祝福都让我感动 这代表了 我丰富了多少条生命
你相信生命影响生命吗？

When i completed the homework for red jacket university, i am graduated from red jacket university and can attend convocation! Photo taken in 2016 by one of the Mary Kay committee.
当我完成红外套大学的功课 我就毕业了！可以戴上四方帽和红袍参加隆重的毕业典礼

I know many of us have university degree and wear the graduation Robes and mortar boards before. Do you know that there are some people who never had a chance to wear and dream to wear this! In Mary Kay everyone can have the chance to wear graduation Robes and mortar boards.
当然我知道这里很多大学毕业的硕士博士等等 包括我自己 可能大家不稀罕这红色四方帽
但你知道吗 很多家庭贫穷的人多么渴望戴上四方帽
在枚林凯 每个人都有机会戴上四方帽 我们可以帮助有需要的朋友圆梦

I am proud to say I love my Mary Kay career.
我可以很骄傲的说 我爱枚林凯事业
