For future reference; if they haven't changed it since the last update, and if you don't already know. If you post more than four times within a 24 hour period each post after will basically get taxed more on your payout, and you won't receive as much rewards.

Another really helpful thing, if you haven't discovered IT yet, check out all the stuff on www.steemtools.com there is a lot of cool stuff on there that you can get some good use out of. I use Steemnow and Steemstats a bunch.
