The yellow rose is a symbol of joy, health and friendship. The
color's resemblance to the sun generates a feeling of warmth, and makes these roses
stand out. While in some cultures the yellow roses represent jealousy or
infidelity, it is recommended that to gain the affection of a person it is
better to avoid a bouquet of yellow roses. The white roses are a symbol of
purity, weddings and new beginnings. Similar connotations are associated with
the yellow and white chrysanthemum.
Nevertheless, a beautiful bouquet of flowers sends messages
of appreciation, gratitude and affection and brings so much joy to the giftee.
