That is. Actually a copy righted image... All images of the eiffel tower at night are, the lights count as an art installation, whose rights are still in effect. However during the day it is free game as the architect has been dead for over 80 years (i believe is the time frame) the artist who installed the lights is alive still.
Didnt flag, but thought i might let you know.
I thought it was a fun fact when i found out.
