Monday Minnow Tips Curie Comments and a Confusing Red Construction
This is not only a strange sight, but also a strange edit on my photo.
I saw this from the train coming south from Bangkok and I really do not know what to make of it.
This odd photo is a good lead in to my new project for @curie. I have been making comments on some of the posts they support and making 2 STEEM a week for this! I “won” the last two weeks and if I do not win this week, I will still keep trying for the next.
So how to you do this trick?
- Load this site:
https://www.becquerel.io/ - Make good comments of any posts you see. These are the posts that curie gives their fat votes to.
- Get money to your wallet once per week if you make enough good comments.
This is a new initiative by curie to get more engagement on the posts they support. So I comment on a few posts each day and that’s that!
I have never understood curie and never gotten a vote by them. I have looked at them couple of times and could not figure out what they were doing. But I saw this task somewhere and decided to try. All I have to do is look at their list on https://www.becquerel.io/ and comment on the posts I like. I do not have to understand anything further to do this.
And after two weeks of this, I now know why I do not get voted by them too! They like really weird posts and mine are not weird enough!
So ok maybe not weird, but:
- At least 30-40 percent of what curie votes for are videos. I have no time to randomly watch videos so I have not looked at even one of them. I cannot figure out dtube and I have not yet tried dlive so I do not have videos for them to vote anyway. My videos are pretty bad, so they are unlikely to get a vote no matter what.
Here's me babbling on about a weight loss client on yt - a platform I can actually understand and post to so you can see the high quality of my work.
Curie likes fiction. I do not read fiction, so I have not read any of those posts.
Curie likes like surreal art with odd faces and dripping strangeness and morbid themes. As soon as I see any of that of my screen, I click out. I need to protect my delicate psyche.

Thanks for bringing this to our noticed. This looks more like a cheat code or something, I've gotten community curie Upvote on so many occasions casino and aiming for the big one.
You once made a post on platforms that are in sync with steemit and providing good Upvote.

Concerning this Becquerel.io how many comments do I have to make in a day to be eligible for the 2 steem. Any registration link or whatever attached ?.
I don't know. They are not telling their method. They just do a post about it each week. no registration - just comment.
The new contest post is up, thanks for the mention here :) You pretty much have it right, really all you have to do is leave good (non-spam) comments on posts that @curie upvotes and you will likely earn some Steem. We do look at some other ways of measuring engagement with the authors upvoted by @curie, but you can definitely at least score into the "honorable mention" category and earn 2 Steem without doing anything more than commenting on a post or two a day (at current contest participation levels).
I guess I would add that really you are going to see a pretty diverse range of posting come through, there are very few excluded categories but as you have demonstrated everyone should be able to find some interesting and high quality posts to enjoy.
