thank you - she really is! Such a great personality on her too. This was the first picture I got of her running around outside of our home, and she just seemed to love the outdoors, wildlife and nature as much as me (though hardly a surprise really, it's not as if she's going to love skiing, cooking or going to gym now, is it? - Hahahaha)
Haha you can always try to take her skii :D Or make a snowman. We had a puppy one that love to crush snowballs. It was impossible to make a snowman with him :)
Aw I cannot wait for her to really experience her first winter! We got her in October so she wasn't really allowed out over our winter (and it was mild, so meh - no snow!) but next one FINGERS CROSSED... I think she'd love skiing! I can see her leading a sleigh (on a very chaotic route!)
Puppies are funny with snow. Cats are usually less enthusiastic ;) I am pretty sure she will love it!
Do you get much snow in your area? UK is not the snowiest place...
Well, we used to live in the Cotwolds (South West of England) and never saw snow there, just lots of rain and sunshine, but now we live in the East Midlands (border of Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Derbyshire) we get lots - not good enough for skiing, but plenty good enough for snowball fights, snowman making and other mischief! Reckon she will love it. We had cats in the past too - and you're right, they hated it on the whole. Though I think they equated snow outside with a warm log fire to snuggle by, so they probably weren't entirely thoughtless about it! haha
Yea.. they know whats going on outside. It's the "stay inside until spring" time ;)
Last winter when I was in Poland I actually did see the kitties play in the snow and they seemed very happy! Chasing each other and jumping and digging holes like dogs. But that's the young silly ones. Older cats know better ;)
I think it's when they learn that they clean themselves with their own tongues.... suddenly: so much fussier about what they'll walk in/play in/roll in! hahahaha
