Well, here it is. A sleep pattern.
- Light sleep - light blue
- Deep sleep - deep blue
- Two yellowish stripes - awake
The picture is misleading a bit. The whole area between the two stripes should be yellow. I was awake then.
This pattern is a result of Amazfit Stratos's measurement, my newest toy smartwatch, as some of you might remember.
It really is helpful because it reminds me of the importance of sleep. Duration and quality of sleep are of paramount importance to your health. Both on a daily basis and long-term. Be aware of it, sleep long enough, sleep well.
