thank you @thecarguy, yes the note is beautiful on this VQ engine. As for the desert weather, most cars come specifically for this market to withstand the weather and heat, so not much to worry about unless you are buying an American spec car. Plus I always keep the car in underground parking which also help protect the interior and paint.
