The derelict plant of an old mine, located in the Alentejo region (south of Portugal) ...

After climbing to the top of a mountain of slag, I decided to play around by using the "miniature" setting to take these photos.

                OMG, I LOVE THESE PHOTOS! The depth-of-field is fascinating! The almost-surreal colors of the landscape, coupled with the shapes and shadows and geometry of the whole scene, is simply mesmerizing! I like all of the shots, but the one in the middle, zoomed-in on the two female figures, is my favorite. This is a wonderful series! Many kudos! 😊 ...and definitely resteeming this one!
