Monday Red - Adventures On The Run
This is from a recent 4 mile run I did, over this past holiday weekend. I have a bit of an odd fascination with what my GPS routes look like. This route looks crazy! Like some kind of ground feeding monster centipede with a gigantic head! I like to run down random neighborhood roads and see what I can see. I often get pacman like creatures.
So what does this guy look like to you?

I like your train of thought. I have a slew of them. Lol. This one was exceptionally weird. I would love to see yours! How's recovery?
Most of mine are just circuits. but I might plan one out and see what I can make.
The recovery is well over ;-)
I took a week off and then got back into it.
Now I'm pushing my hill work to get ready for the next race in January. It has an 8km uphill at the start. That's a good way to wake you up in the morning! :-)

Yeah, I also do circuits and out 'n back runs. But sometimes (more frequently than not) if I want to do an exploratory run i get weird GPS " art"

No, this was not done on purpose at all =) it was just a very random route I ran
Some people draw large scales objects with the gps track.
