The Cake Lady #48 ... CORAL Anniversary Cake

The 35th wedding anniversary is traditionally celebrated with a gift of coral. You have NO idea how hard it is to find a coral gift, so I fell back on my old fail-safe and made a cake (surprise!) for my parent's Coral Anniversary last year.

The shells are made from white chocolate and coloured with lustre dust.
