Color Challenge - Indigo Thai Dessert - Butterfly Pea Bing-Su

This delicious treat is similar to a Korean Bing-Su. It is pretty simple, but refreshing and tasty.

The white mound is made of coconut shaved ice, and the deep indigo colour is from Butterfly Pea.

On top, and underneath the shaved ice are pieces of Butterfly Pea Jelly. @ small cups of syrup and milk can be added to the dessert.
