Hello again Freinds. Found a couple goodies for college football gamers.....

MICHIGAN ST. 35 - Western Michigan 17

WMU had Trojan fans very nervous last Saturday, but bottom line was the Broncos gave up 49 points and were outgained by 164 yds. against USC. WMU soph QB Jon Wassink was just 11 of 22 for 67 YP, with 0 TD and an int. in his collegiate debut, while MSU counterpart Brian Lewerke looked very sharp against Bowling Green (22-33 for 250 YP, 3 TDs, 0 int.). Would lay reasonable number with rebounding Spartans.

Wake Forest 24 - BOSTON COLLEGE 15

The "modernized" BC "O" under RS frosh QB Brown looked as pedestrian as ever in NIU opener, as Brown would barely gain 4 yards per pass and Eagle infantry held to just 3 ypc at DeKalb. More options for Wake HC Clawson, who can now switch it up with a pair of QBs with starting experience (mobile Hinton now healthy after LY's knee injury, and sr. Wolford). Note Deacs are 7-3 vs. line L10 on road; Eagles 3-10 vs. points last 13 as host for HC Addazio. Revenge works.

UCF 36 - Memphis 23

Since UCF soph triggerman McKenzie Milton (360 YP & 4 TDs in opener) has made huge strides following his freshman year, won't hesitate to back Knights, who've won 9 of 10 in series. UM'sproductive QB Riley Ferguson has trouble finding his groove vs. hard-charging UCF front seven, featuring head-hunting LB Shaquem Griffin, a prime candidate for AAC Defensive Player of the Year. Tigers' difference-making LB Genard Avery and starting NT Jared Gentry could be out with injuries.

San Diego State 30 - ARIZONA STATE 23

There's a reason ASU HC Graham is under fire, rarely subbing with his "D" in 108-degree heat until deep in 4th Q of last week's escape vs. Sun Belt NMSU. And if Sun Devils couldn't protect QB Wilkins or Bama transfer backup Barnett vs. Aggies (who
recorded 7 sacks after generating just 11 LY!), imagine the havoc Rocky Long's well-disguised blitzes might wreak. Leaky ASU "D"....
