College is too EXPENSIVE (4 College Alternative) Fast Guide.

Problem :
(College is too EXPENSIVE, I do not want to be in DEBT, and I don’t know what to do as a career path) Reality Life is tough sometimes. Let this be a STEPPING STONE and Be FOCUS. 

Four Year College Alternative 

 Life is not a joke, so take this seriously. What you do in the present will determine your future, so count the cost before giving your time because time is invaluable. You can get money, but time you can never get back, so choose wisely. Life achievements are not achieved over night, it takes time and hard work so be patient and keep on going in the right direction. 
 1. Read Books and Listen to Audio-books (Use the Internet or go to a library)

Subjects to look up: How to Invest for the Future / Personal Finance / Basic Economics / Real Estate / Precious Metal Investing. 

Learn a new Language.(Look for lanugages that is similar to yours to get a head start.) 

#Add1Challenge: Hold a 15 min Conversation With a Native Speaker In 90 Days.

Baselang: Flat rate, and take as many one-on-one classes with professional Spanish teachers as you want, online. 

Learning a new language is a great opportunity to expand your horizon in communication and increasing your chances of employment and maybe a pay-raise.  

2. Work then Travel or Travel then Work!  
  1. Work at different jobs and save majority of your money.
  2. Then travel to other countries or to a state with bigger opportunity to get EXPERIENCES and accumulate wealth.

Or Volunteer in Programs: 1. AmeriCorps 2. Peace Corps

 Individuals that commit their time and skills to get things done for America.

2. Peace Corps

 The Peace Corps is a service opportunity for motivated change-makers to immerse themselves in a community abroad, working side by side with local leaders to tackle the most pressing challenges of our generation. 

Or Join the Armed Forces:

You can travel overseas (Become Active) or Stay and Protect American soil (Become Reservist). If you have a bachelors degree you can become an Officer (More pay, more responsibility), however, this post is about alternative to colleges you still have this option.

Air National Guard:
The Air National Guard as we know it today is a separate reserve component of the United States Air Force.
Army and Army Reserve:

Army National Guard:
The Army National Guard is an elite group of warriors who dedicate a portion of their time to serving their nation. Each state has its own Guard, as required by the Constitution; in fact, it is the only branch of the military whose existence is actually required by the Constitution.
Coast Guard and Coast Guard Reserve:
The Coast Guard's mission is primarily with domestic waterways. The Coast Guard does rescues, law enforcement, drug prevention, and clears waterways.
Marine Corps and Marine Corps Reserve:
The Marine Corps is known as the U.S.' rapid-reaction force. They are trained to fight by sea and land, and usually are the first "boots on the ground." Marines are known as the world's fiercest warriors.
Navy and Navy Reserve:
The Navy accomplishes its missions primarily by sea, but also by air and land. It secures and protects the oceans around the world to create peace and stability, making the seas safe for travel and trade.

JobCorps is a FREE vocational school that is under the Department of Labor. Young men and women ages 16 to 24 go to the school to get there GED,High school equivalence, and Certifications. "

 

3. Learn Skills Online for Free or Low Cost

Khan Academy Other eLearning etc 

Online College / Community Colleges

Tip: Do General education credit first if you do not know your career path The cost is a fraction of a four year university/college.  

4. Entrepreneurship / Startup 

Example: Day Trading, Online Affiliate, Freelancer Be Unique in Creating a Business. 

If you start a blog you already making a stream of income that can be grown into a business.

Tip: Protect yourself by registering your business as an LLC to protect your personal ASSETS. 

In Conclusion: You have options the list could be longer but this is a short overview of opportunities.
